Fuel
Fuel enables one to capture and view the fuel consumption during the implementation of a particular project.

registering a new fuel consumption
You can fuel consumption by double clicking on the date from a list of dates on the grid.
A window appears as shown in figure 9.4.1
Deleting or editing a fuel consumption
Double click on the date containing the Fuel Consumption you wish to delete/edit.
A list of Machines/Vehicles appear with their corresponding fuel consumption.
On Click on a pop up window appears as as shown in Figure 9.4.2 with a save and delete button on the toolbar
To Delete - Click on the delete button on the window .
- When confirmation Window Appears,click "Ok" if you wish to continue deleting or "Cancel" to stop the delete operation.
To Edit
- Click on the Task details tab.Make the changes you wish to on the Task details.
- Click on the save button to save the changes made on the Task.
Searching a consumption dates
You can search a Fuel Consumption by dates of consumption by typing the search criteria on the text field on top of the Date Column.
Printing consumption list
Double click on the date of fuel Consumption.
Click on the print icon,a dropdown menu appears with two options.
Pdf
- This option prints/generates a Pdf document
Xls
- This option prints/generates an Excel/Spreadsheet document
