Issues
Issues is used by the storev manager to Issue out goods or items to people.
Spend some a few minutes to have a look at the demo video on the right side for further illustration.

MANAGING ITEM(S) ISSUED
Managing items issued entails Posting an Item Issue,Returning an Item to store and Printing a store issue Voucher.

ISSUING AN ITEM STEPS
requesting for an item
- On click a dialog box appears as show in Figure 4.4.1

After entering the data.Click on 'Save Details' button to Save.
Viewing item issues
- You can view all issues made by clicking the 'Issues' option on the rightside menu
Searching an issue made
- You can search an issue based on Issue no or Requestor by typing the search criteria on top of the column you wish to search by
- You can also search an item issue based on Status by selecting the status group you want to search by from the dropdown menu
Note: The above mentioned criterias' can be combined to achieve more filtering of the records
ISSUE MANAGEMENT
- Select the row containing the item you wish to edit or delete by double clicking on it.
- On click a dialog box appears as show in Figure 4.4.2
to return an item to store
- On the window that appears click on 'Return to Store' link.

- On the window that appears click on 'Print SIV ' link.
posting an issue
- On the window that appears click on 'Post Issue' button.
Printing a list of issues
- View all the issues clicking on the issues tab on the rightside menu.
- Click on the print icon,a dropdown menu appears with two options.
Pdf
- This option prints/generates a Pdf document
Xls
- This option prints/generates an Excel/Spreadsheet document
