Loans

Loans functionality enables the employee to receive loans from the organization.
Steps on how this is done is explained on the righside Panel

Applying

  • You can add a new Payroll by clicking on the new button on the toolbar.
  • On click a window appears as shown in Figure 7.2.1,Fill in the details and click on save Button to save payroll information.
  • Viewing loans granted

  • You can view loans issued details by double clicking on loans option under payroll.
  • Searching a loan issued

  • You can search an loan by typing the search criteria on the text field on top of the Employee Name Column or using the dropdown in the Loan type or Status.
    The search criteria can be combined to achieve more filtered results
  • Deleting, editing or suspending a loan

  • Double click on the loan you wish to delete/edit/suspend.
  • On Click on a pop up window appears as as shown in Figure 7.2.2 with a save, delete and suspend a button
    To Delete
    • Click on the delete button on the window .
    • When confirmation Window Appears,click "Ok" if you wish to continue deleting or "Cancel" to stop the delete operation.
  • To Edit
    • Make the changes you wish to on the Loan details.
    • Click on the save button to save the changes made on the .
    • To Suspend a Loan
      • Click on the Suspend button to suspend the loan.

      Printing payroll(s) list

    • Click on the print icon,a dropdown menu appears with two options.
      • Pdf

      • This option prints/generates a Pdf document
      • Xls

      • This option prints/generates an Excel/Spreadsheet document
