Tasks module enables you to manage various tasks undertaken in during the implementation of a particular project.

Creating a new TAsk
You can create a new task by clicking on the new button on the toolbar.
A window appears as shown in figure 9.2.1
Viewing registered tasks
You can view all the registered tasks by clicking on the tasks button on the toolbar a list appears as shown in Figure 9.2.2.
Deleting or editing a TAsk
Double click on the task you wish to delete/edit.
On Click on a pop up window appears as as shown in Figure 9.2.3 with a save and delete button To Delete
Click on the delete button on the window .
When confirmation Window Appears,click "Ok" if you wish to continue deleting or "Cancel" to stop the delete operation.
To Edit
Click on the Task details tab.Make the changes you wish to on the Task details.
Click on the save button to save the changes made on the Task.
Searching a Tasks
You can search a Task by typing the search criteria on the text field on top of the Phase Column,Location Column or Status column
The search criterias can be combined to achieve more filtered results
Printing projects list
Click on the print icon,a dropdown menu appears with two options.
Pdf
This option prints/generates a Pdf document
Xls
This option prints/generates an Excel/Spreadsheet document
