Tickets

Tickets is a tab used to capture and manage the details of issue(s) relating to a customer, for example request for discount and even a complaint.

ADDING A NEW TICKETS

    Adding a new Tickets

  • You can add a new ticket by clicking on the new button on the toolbar
  • On click a dialog box appears as show in Figure 2.2. 1
  • After entering the data.Click on 'Save Details' button to Save.
  • Viewing registered tickets

  • You can view all registered tickets by clicking the 'tickets' option on the rightside menu as i Figure 2.2.2
  • Searching a tickets

  • You can search a tickets based on Customer Name,Phone,National Id or County by typing the search criteria on top of the Column.
  • You can also filter a tickets based on the Status of the tickets from the 'Status' Column.
  • Posting a reply to a ticket.

  • Double click on the tarket ticket to get a box as shown on the left side. Type your reply on the post reply field and click post button.
  • Printing a list of tickets

  • View all the tickets by clicking on the Customers tab on the rightside menu.
  • Click on the print icon,a dropdown menu appears with two options.
    • Pdf

    • This option prints/generates a Pdf document
    • Xls

    • This option prints/generates an Excel/Spreadsheet document
